MyNewRental.com allows you to search for a variety of residential rental properties throughout Michigan's Great Southwest! We offer the most comprehensive listing of properties for this area, including smaller and unique properties you won't find on other Web sites. Use of this website is free of charge. When you sign up, we create a personal file for you to make your rental search faster and easier.

Is MyNewRental.com free to renters?

Yes. As a prospective renter, you can use our website absolutely free to find your new rental property.

Do I have to subscribe to MyNewRental.com to find rental properties?

You will be asked to sign-on and set up a file to save rentals that interest you. You can also fill out and save a universal application, which can be instantly submitted as many times as you like.

How do I get my user name and password?

You sign up by clicking the MyNewRental.com folder tab titled Renter, then select Register from the menu line below. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your user name and password to keep on file for future reference.

What if I forget my user name or password?

If you forget your user name and/or Password, click on the Renter tab, then the "Lost your password?" link on the menu bar below. You will receive a new temporary password, which you will be prompted to change when you next log-in. The login page on our Web site provides a link to retrieve your password. Click here to go to the login page.

How do I get started?

Once you've registered and logged in, simply go to MyNewRental.com, and begin selecting the criteria to find the options that suit you best. Or simply select Quick List to generate a listing of all active rentals in the database.

What does Michigan's Great Southwest mean?

It's a branding statement that refers to our location in the southwest corner of Michigan while stating that the community offers greatness in its amenities. Into the business of life explains that not only does our community offer an outstanding business climate, it also offers a superior quality of life.

Where is Michigan's Great Southwest geographically?

Michigan's Great Southwest was created to develop a sense of community, not to create boundaries. Therefore, anyone throughout the entire Southwest Michigan region who feels a part of Michigan's Great Southwest is, with the primary focus being Berrien County.

The city I'm looking for isn't listed?

Only cities and school districts with active properties are listed in the pull down menu to assure that your search returns results.

I live outside the U.S. - can I still use your Web site to find a place to rent?

Yes. You may use all the tools available on our Web site. However, at this time, rental listings are limited to properties in Michigan's Great Southwest.

Why doesn't MyNewRental.com list properties in all communities in Michigan's Great Southwest?

This website is new and while we are aggressively marketing it to local property owners, we may have a shortage of rentals in specific areas. The area affords easy commutes between the various communities, so you may want to consider a broader geographic search. And, please check back with us in the future as we're adding new areas all the time.
